I have been a full-time real estate agent since 1993.  My first 12 years were spent as a commercial real estate agent in the Southern CA area.  During this time, I specialized in the sales and leasing of Industrial Properties.  Later, as the economy dipped, I then took over bankrupt apartment buildings and retail commercial buildings.  I represented multiple institutional lenders...anywhere from 12 to 21 at a time, with the goal of making such properties profitable than selling them.  As the economy started improving and I was selling more properties than I was receiving in bankruptcy, I got back into the resale of Industrial Properties.  Then 911 occurred which had a drastic impact on the market.  I then became involved in the sales and leasing of office properties.  This led to me being asked to represent Shopping Center owners.  I left Southern CA for Spokane, WA at the end of 2003 to start a family.

I earned my WA Broker's license at the beginning of 2004 and served as Broker, Trainer, and Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Northwest Group.  I decided to leave Coldwell Banker Northwest Group in 2010 and joined Keller Williams Realty Spokane.  Since joining Keller Williams, I have been serving in the capacity of Firm Managing Broker, Trainer & Realtor. I have since started a team, later selling my half and have taken on the role of Productivity Coach/Mentor while still maintaining my role as Firm Managing Broker, Trainer, and Realtor.
